All events run from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
We recommend arriving early for the best selection and experience!
Pet Policy
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, we have a strict Pets Policy.
Only contained birds and service animals are permitted. Birds are only allowed in for grooming purposes. Birds must stay in traveling enclosures until being seen by the groomer & must be placed back into carrier immediately afterwards.
For service animals:
Upon entry, staff may ask:

“Is the dog/mini pony a service animal required because of a disability?”

“What work or task has the dog/mini pony been trained to perform?”
Please note: Emotional support animals, therapy animals, and pets do not qualify as service animals under ADA regulations. However, if a particular service animal behaves in a way that poses a direct threat to the health or safety of other animals, humans, or is not under the control of the handler, you may be asked to leave and to come back without the animal.
Animal Purchases
All animals purchased at the expo must remain in secure travel containers or bags at all times while on the event premises.
This is for the safety of all guests, animals, and vendors.

Not Allowed:

Outside animals (unless they are service animals or birds in traveling enclosures for grooming)

Loose animals or open containers

Smoking, vaping, or drug use indoors

Aggressive behavior or harassment of guests, vendors, or animals
Family-Friendly Atmosphere
Playland Expos are designed to be a fun and educational outing for the whole family!
Our expos are:

Indoor and climate-controlled (venue-dependent)

Interactive and hands-on (with vendor approval)
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Safety Guidelines
Please follow all posted signs and instructions from event staff.
Respect vendor rules regarding touching animals or plants.
Do not open cages, carriers, or enclosures.
If you see unsafe behavior or an animal in distress, notify staff immediately.
